Expected Behavior

Tasks that complete in celery should show as completed in celery-monitoring but for heroku products don't reliably.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Manually add a heroku product to celery monitoring
  2. Observe completed tasks showing as still running

Likely fixed by #2473

Pretty sure @blarghmatey fixed this with some config changes for all our products last week.
