Expand New Sentry <-> OpsGenie integration to all our critical path products to reduce noise

Description/Context

The new Sentry OpsGenie integration allows us to create better and more useful rules for paging the oncall around things like "page if more than 25 users see this exception".

We should have such rules for all our critical path products at least including MIT XPro, MITx Online and MIT Learn.
