Migrating from AI SDK RSC to UI

Description

Morphic is built using AI SDK RSC. However, AI SDK RSC currently has several limitations and is not recommended for production use.

Replace the parts built with RSC and make it work stably.

We're working on migration. It'll probably be released as a different version from RSC since it's being almost completely rebuilt.

@JimVincentW Thank you. The implementation of custom hooks needed for migration is complete. We're currently turning it into an SDK. It will start with minimal functionality.
