Puppet4 dependency cycle

With the new puppetserver and Puppet 4 from the Puppet Collection 1 the module has the following dependency cycle:

Try the '--graph' option and opening the resulting '.dot' file in OmniGraffle or GraphViz

Maybe this helps to enable the module for Puppet 4.
