I don't know where to move tester and assignments folder.

[IMPORTANT] Move folders tester and assignments somewhere outside your public directory. Then save their full path in Settings page. These two folders must be writable by PHP. Submitted files will be stored in assignments folder. So it should be somewhere not publicly accessible.

It says I have to move the two folders into somewhere not publicly accessible, but I can't understand it. Somebody can help me?

when you complete the step of install,move the two folder outside the accessable folder like(/www/html),once you logged in you will find the button of setttings.In there write the complete path of two folders.
