Backups for gamestats.csv

It happend twice to me over time that - for whatever reason - the gamestats.csv file was corrupted (or not saved correctly) from PinballY, leaving it at only a fraction of the entries.
It would be nice if there are automatic backups created just like for the settings file. One backup per day / per session would be sufficient.

Definitely seems like a good idea.
