AUR PKGBUILD needs update

Sorry, It's not really an issue concerning packer-builder-arm, but more its AUR package.
I'm taking the liberty to post this here to get the attention of @mkaczanowski who is maintainer of both.

In my opinion, we could replace the dependency to qemu-arm-static and replace it with a dependency to qemu-user-static. But I'm not so knowledgeable in all this.

Apologies again for raising an issue here but this would greatly help the distribution of your project.
