This project, once production-ready, may be the reason I buy a new Macbook.

I am very excited to be following the progress of MLX LM and am looking forward to developing with it when it is stable and production-ready. The performance on my M1 when trying out this package is looking promising.
I may even buy a newer Macbook for faster model training.

I am hoping to see it completed of this soon.

Once the type definitions are completed, I plan to use this package much more, (and probably get a new macbook)

Having all the type definitions is so helpful as a developer. It helps me develop so much faster using vscode with its intellisense, signature help, lint checking, and definitely help me reduce the number of errors while developing with this package.
