should be able to write reusable sidecar containers

design questions:

  • do we need to introduce v1/container?
    • so a sidecar of a service always has to be either a v1/container or v1/reference that resolves to a container
    • what if you want to use that v1/container as a v1/service?
  • do we want to design for allowing reusable sets of sidecars? how does that resolution work?
