Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users might not want or are unable to have medperf storage be in the home directory at any time.

Describe the solution you'd like
Additional to the commands that allow users to move storage at any time, we should ask at installation time for the desired location for storage.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is a small window between installing medperf and running the first command where storage is not allocated. But, this is not user friendly.

Additional context
This was requested by Gian Marco during the RANO Beta tests
