Minor improvements and bugfixes

• "Delete" key now deletes bookmarks properly (DEL key doesn't delete a bookmark in bookmarks window #149)
• Proper file path copied when using status bar menu (Incorrect path to device log shown and copied in the status bar menu #350)
• Fixed crash because of the missing preference directory on the very first run (Cannot start the app if the preference directory is not here #317)
