Add a filter option to highlight matching text

Currently, the matching pattern is highlighted only when the user searches for it. However, there are several text-based filters: message, tag, app name. It would be nice to have an option to highlight the matches when creating such a filter (not necessarily the coloring filter). The color should be distinct from the one used by the text search, though.
