Deleting comment children #166

Right now its possible to hard delete any comment.

If said comment has children, its children will continue to exist but never be shown (dangling comments).

Ideas:

Soft Deletes only

Disallow deleting comments with children
Have comment 'soft' deletions instead

Delete tree

Deleting a comment deletes all of its children

Promote hierarchy level

Promote 1 level up (although this makes no sense lol)
