BigWarp with multiple moving sources #1175

          When doing this for BigWarp and choosing multiple moving sources, it closes all but the last saved transformed source. I would expect to keep all transformed moving sources.

@martinschorb not sure what you mean, I tested with multiple moving sources and it did what I would it expect to do:

It removed both of the "input" sources from the current view and instead added the bigwarp (-bw) transformed sources...
