Delete mc-crypto-sig and move documentation to some part of mc-crypto-keys documentation

We don't use the mc-crypto-sig API anymore, we use the one in keys crate. Some of the code comments in keys crate refer to documentation that is actually in the crypto sig crate, which means that readers and reviewers won't be able to find it most likely.
