The last release was in 2014 but since then 148 commits have been made. Will a new release be tagged?

(I'm packaging mod-host for GNU Guix.)

Yes, you're right.
We should do a release... (and not just mod-host)

To be done after MOD-OS 1.2 is out.

Will mod-host still see a new release? It would be interesting to package it for Arch Linux.

There are some things I would wish to still add, but for sure a release is welcome.
The license header on the files needs updating now too.
Since MOD OS v1.9 is basically ready, mod-host will not change much now, so a good time for tagging yeah.

A release would be nice, so we can binary packages in Arch.
