Add protocol version to the release notes

It would be really helpful if the release notes would mention which MCP Protocol Revision is supported by this version (e.g. 2024-11-05 or 2025-03-26)

From io.modelcontextprotocol.spec.McpSchemaclass, version is 2024-11-05 instead of 2025-03-26, do we have the support plan of the 2025-03-26 #
