Separate repos for Reference FMUs and fmusim #363

fmusim is a great tool for simple tests and validation, but independent of the reference FMUs.
Separating the repos would make this transparaent and the footprint of each repo smaller

Klaus: With the GUI of fmusim, the repo has further grown, it would be better to split
(general agreement)
