Happens only when using an input.csv file with boolean variables, and only for FMI 2.0 from my observations.
Inconsistency sometimes appears, and the correct values are being printed. So please run the FMU multiple times to see the problem.
FMU archive -> Bool.zip
input.csv -> my_inputs_scalar.csv

PS: Problem a bit similar to #564 I would say.
