Poor layout of the OSS Modelica library listing

The library listing only displays a small fraction of the available libraries. Basically only 5 MA based libraries and none of the third-party libraries (out of about 100-something) are visible by default.

Ideally the vertical scroll bar should be avoided (as is the case for the commercially available libraries).
