Modals move the window

v0.9.1 (latest as of Dec/25/2024)

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Describe the bug

In-app modals are able to move the window

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the bug:
1 - Open the app
2 - Press any button that opens an in-app modal
2.1 - settings menus
2.2 - new instance menu
2.3 - export pack menu
3 - click the modal's top bar (the part with the text and X button) and drag
4 - should be able to move window as if its the actual top bar

Expected behavior

Shouldn't be able to move the window; maybe move within window?
