sha1 hash error when creating a forge 1.19.2 instance

Describe the bug

so, i was creating a forge 1.19.2 instance, and then this error (incorrect Sha1 hash for download: a95f181d86325f9362ca7851b4e9cd3e470752c9 != 8af86a4ac91ce48c062) happend, i didn't know what happend

Steps to reproduce

1. create a new instance by pressing "+"
2. create an instance using specifically forge 1.19.2

Expected behavior

instance created with forge loader and minecraft version 1.19.2

Additional context

there's a similar issue to this, it might be related, but the steps to reproduce are different to this one, so i don't know if this is a duplicate or not
