Only Open in Maximized Mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the program in a non-Maximized mode and Snippely will not display
anything.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Snippely to work in a re-sized Window. However, the only way it
will display is if the program is right-clicked to Maximize the window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.1. Vista Ultimate x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
The program worked as expected when first installed. I'm not sure what
triggered this problem.
