Need «Add snippet» button or keystroke

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fill out snippet list and context menu with «Add snippet»  command no more 
available.
2. For adding snippet need make 2 clicks.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1 button — 1 click for add snippet or keystroke like Cmd+N.
