Only build pull requests

I'd like an option to only build pull requests with your plugin. Otherwise our builders pick up too many branches that we don't care about.

Attached is a patch which does what I want (adds options to only build active pull requests / build all active pull requests). Can this or something similar be integrated into the main project?
