🪲 Making Cursor Pointer in the footer.

Describe the bug
The cursor isn't pointer when it scrolls over the social media icons. I would like to make the cursor pointer over that area.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the webpage
2. Scroll down to the footer of the webpage
3. See error

Expected behavior
The cursor is going to be pointer in that area
