A shared responsibility model allows us to outline what we (the Analytical Platform team) are responsible for and what app developers and owners are responsible for. This should help clarify expectations and responsibilities.

We should link in with the Data Platform documentation workstream, who are looking at how we can develop and publish shared responsibility models in general.
