Story Title

As a DFSP FRM System administrator or an FRM System administrator, I want to create multiple incoming case queues, so that I can model the case management workflow on my operational environment

Acceptance criteria

  1. The DFSP FRM System administrator or an FRM System administrator is able to create a new queue within the system
  2. The DFSP FRM System administrator or an FRM System administrator is able to parameterise the queue with the criteria that will determine which cases will be allocated to the queue
  3. New cases that match the queue parameters are allocated to the queue
