Story Title

As a Mojaloop FRM rules developer, I want to prepare incoming data with additional transformations, so that I can transform the data in the specific ways required for the execution of a new rule.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Given (context) and (more context) when (event) then (outcome) and (another outcome)...
