Story Title

As a Mojaloop FRM rules developer, I want to update an existing fraud risk typology rule, so that I can fix an error in the execution of the rule and/or so that I can improve the functioning of the rule

Acceptance criteria

  1. Given (context) and (more context) when (event) then (outcome) and (another outcome)...
