for cases where the assembly of your contig headers does not match any in the code.

e.g. Picard Liftover does not specify assembly's for the contigs.
And specific assembly's like "GCA_000001405.15_GRCh38_full_plus_hs38d1_analysis_set.fna.gz" (result of Crossover with this genome file) are currently not supported.
