Feature Request: Exclude media from backups

Feature Description

Molly backups are several Gb in size due to memes and gifs, but I don't need to back those up. It would be nice if there was an option to exclude media from backups, but signal's barely keeping on top of the backup functionality, so I'd be extremely surprised if they add a feature like that. Can it be added to Molly though?

When restoring a backup that doesn't have any media, I think ideally it would show in the chat as an empty image (signal seems to already be able to handle missing images in messages), a placeholder image that can be stored once and reused that says something like "media files were excluded from the backup, so are not restored", but if that's too much/not worth it, simply excluding the media entirely would be fine
