Slash command inside the thread to convert the thread into a github issue on the game repo.

Creating the issue from the first post in the forum thread and linking to the discord message should be good enough.
If "first post in forum thread" is hard to do (because of the discord api or something) we could add a "right click on a message -> to github issue"
