git pull to get the most up to date BEEST files on the master branch

connect to VPN

open BEEST server (fit-web107-v02.ocio.monash.edu) in Putty (via WinSCP) and then directly in WinSCP

Go to /var/tmp and make a folder and copy in the current set of files to include

open Putty and access the same server
go to /var/tmp
[cd /var/tmp]

grant yourself sudo access
[sudo su -]

move the copied files into the html directory and override
[mv *.* /srv/www/html]
[y] on each request for override
