Can /time restrict conversion to timezones of mentioned members

For instance, if I just want to schedule a call with 2 coworkers, I'd like to be able to @ mention them and have only their timezones appended to the message:

/time @billy @bobby let's do a call at 11am?

would output

@billy @bobby let's do a call at 11am? (08:00 PST, 11:00 EST) 

even though other teammates in the channel are in the ETC timezone, because billy is in EST like me and bobby is in PST...
