Is there a way to preview the UI design

Is there a way to preview the UI design for XWT.
For example in Sample project, it has some sample views.
But currently I don't see a way to preview the UI without running the app.
It would be good if there is a .xaml or Designer.cs file so we can preview the UI in VS.
And even drag and drop some components to build customized UI views.

winforms designer is so much better then the wpf one
