I'm looking for a behavior similar to .gitignore but specific to pt. Things that are in git but that would be ignored by search (like a huge .json file I have).

I'd like to be able to drop a .ptignore either at the root of the project (Emacs integration does searches from the root of the project), or in some sub-directories, and have files listed in there ignored by the search.

Would that make sense?

I have not seen a way to do this.
