Google states, "We detected that your site is verifying reCAPTCHA passed solutions less than 50% of the time"

After installing and running this plugin for a week or so, I log in to Google's reCAPTCHA dashboard and see the following message: "We detected that your site is verifying reCAPTCHA passed solutions less than 50% of the time." Is this a known issue?

Hum, this is strange. One possibility is that you've implemented the captcha on some pages but forgot to implement the validation. Can you tell us where you did implement the captcha? which forms? Thanks for your kind reply, Jacques.

I have it implemented on the contact form only. I did not enable the "replace template" setting in the module config panel. Instead I manually modified my theme template for the contact form by copying the implementation in this repository's README.

For the customer creation form, it is set to "inactive" in the module config panel.
