I want a decent project structure, with python wheel packaging, based on :

setup-tools
Python Black code formatter
one build utility to bump python package version
unit test framework :
- https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest
- maybe try https://github.com/se2p/pynguin
behavioral testing and tests reports :
- https://github.com/allure-framework/allure-python
- https://github.com/AndyLPK247/behavior-driven-python :
  - https://github.com/behave/behave
  - maybe https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-bdd , but behave before
