Submit 0.1.1 as 0.1.2 with only the version unchanged to CRAN, this should fly
- Presumably, it was removed from CRAN because flow was temporarily unavailable? https://cran-archive.r-project.org/web/checks/2022/2022-10-16_check_results_boomer.html
r-universe: https://github.com/apps/r-universe/installations/new, and/or create repository like https://github.com/cynkra/cynkra.r-universe.dev/

For now, I've added to our r-universe.
