I have just come across your package (arguably late to the party) and would like to try it on a multiome dataset from human pre-frontal cortex. I have multiple samples and was wondering if there is something specific I need to do to merge the outputs of Cicero. As I understand it, Cicero needs to be run on a per-sample level and then fed downstream to build the base GRN. If I have multple samples and a merged peakset across all samples, what's the best way to approach this?
Thanks for your feedback,
Shahroze
