Hi,
a very great tool, I discovered a problem during testing that I found difficult to solve.
When I was testing gene knockout, I found that the tool seemed to require the gene to be a transcription factor, but in some cases, I wanted to simulate that the knocked out gene was not a transcription factor, but only a regulated target gene.
So in this case, I added the gene to TF Target in order to simulate knockout, but the problem mentioned above still occurred later, as shown in the image below
