Thanks so much for this fantastic tool! I'm fascinated by the video you published on https://celloracle.org/ showing the changes in cell state (+/- various in silico perturbations). Is there code available to reproduce this with our own datasets? This would be an excellent way to showcase the pipeline at conferences and other meetings!
