I think the answer is no.
I asked the same thing but I don't remember where ubuntuforums.org maybe.
I am not positive the answer was it won't work but I think that was the answer.

Thanks to another post here, I saw that AsiaRF has a B/M keyed m.2 wifi card:

I know there are plenty of USB A and USB C to B/M key m.2 adapters on the market, but as I understand it, they are intended mostly for SSDs. My USB/PCI knowledge is a little spotty. If I put one of these wifi cards in one of those adapters, and put it in one of my USB2/3/4 ports, would it work?
