Summary

Per #86, Martian wallet is no longer well-supported. Let's deep dive this and accomplish the following:

  1. Fix the current issues.
  2. Put together a project plan for staying compatible. I think it's too naive to believe that simply pulling the upstream from Aptos will always keep us flying here. For example, we know Pontem wallet requires a particular kind of indexing.
