Search on the active theme a folder called patterns/

  1. If the directory exists and it has files load from here.
  2. If it has files load from here
  3. If not if this is a child theme repeat Step 1 with the path of the parent theme.

The child theme or current theme has precedence over any other pattern location.

Order of precedence.

  1. Current theme
  2. Parent theme (if current theme is a child theme)
  3. This plugin (version 0.2.0)
