Profile menu is difficult to use

Unlike elsewhere on the site, mousing over the links in the Profile menu (once logged in) does not trigger any mouseover highlight or other indication that each row is a link.

This issue is exacerbated by the clickable link area of each row being restricted only to the text and the icon, and not the blank rectangle of space containing both of them, which is dissonant from the SSO application icons that specifically have their whitespace as a clickable area.
