Input clear "X" icon is incorrectly highlighted when the input field is highlighted

The mouseover for the search field turns the box orange, but it unexpectedly also turns the clear "X" icon orange. This makes it difficult to tell when the X icon is selected, as it does not react with a highlight when mouseover'd.

I encourage making the clear X icon stop changing color on search field mouseover and instead only change color, independently, on mouseover of the icon itself.
