when running npm install, on any of the nodejs or electron examples in Windows 10 (21H1), it's consistiently hanging with the message:
npm WARN tarball tarball data for [email protected] (sha512-jqU+NbXVZnS+okMgoiOhJz22RaHSmvIjmHaRu7IZ0xBDQbcqNGff4GXk4a5etfSXm3bXddRtBlfFr5KyQExjbw==) seems to be corrupted. Trying one more time.

It never seems to progress beyond this stage, and there's no significant network activity in task manager, so I don't think it's just taking a long time to download.
