Footer link in:

"Portions of this content are ©1998–2024 by individual mozilla.org contributors. Content available under a Creative Commons license."

is empty, always linking back to the current page.

Steps to reproduce

See https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-CA/ footer paragraph mentioned above and try clicking the CC link.

Expected result

Link to /foundation/licensing/website-content/ like in the og footer.

Actual result

Empty link
